A little bit of Flickr love
MyBlogLog has welcomed its new corporate overlords (actually, we're loving it here, but I wanted to give a tip of the hat to The Blue) by integrating with Flickr.
Now it's even easier to post personal pictures on MyBlogLog via the "View / Add Pics" page. Just click the button labeled "Click Here to Automatically Show Your Recent Flickr Photos" and we'll keep the page fresh with your 10 newest public Flickr photos.
Thanks to John for kicking butt this weekend to roll this feature out and Flickr for giving us hella fast support. (I'm in Cali -- hello "hella", goodbye "wicked"!)

LOL. Yeah, hella is a big thing here. We like to joke about it, too. :)
(I'm in Norcal, too.)

Nice new feature, Im using it !
but I find strange/confusing that even if I show my last flickr pictures, it still written "View Pics (0)" under my profile picture !!

I wonder, what's the total number of registered users of MyBlogLog now?

Eric,
I wanted to find out if you or your fellow staff members can work towards creating a button for people to display on their sites similar to the popular feedburner.com button that publishers display on their sites that display the # of readers they have.
I joined MyBlogLog less than a month ago, and I would be proud to display a little ticker graphic like the one offered on FeedBurner.
How difficult would that be to provide this? I would almost bet the farm that everyone would proudly display their ticker. I want a ticker button that displays the number of people that have joined my community.
Best Regards,
Garry Conn
P.S. I want to be the first to display it if you guys decide to build it! lol...

Call me LIVID. Excuse me, but my PAID account expires yesterday and the first I hear of it is today and now, I can't even back up to see my history beyond the top ten unless I sign up again? The least any PROFESSIONAL outfit does is let their customers know they're expiring. I haven't been to see my stats on mybloglog on awhile, not realizing I *needed* to. Imo, you need to allow me access to my information that I've paid for over the past year.

Hunh... but we have to allow access to our private photos too? Um..no.
Too bad. It's a nifty integration otherwise.
Not that I have any naughty ones, but I do keep my friends and family pics marked private out of respect for everyone's privacy.

Bloglog is nice but there should be some options for bloggers (WPMU bloggers) who are not able to use Javascript in their blogs.
Thanks.

Eric, is there an ABOUT section on mybloglog? How big is it now? What you have done seems interesting and it tells me you are heading somewhere big. If you need an Asian rep, count me in ya?

Kathleen -- we emailed you a week prior. I will follow up with you via email as well so that we can sort this out.

Hey I love this blog site! Hey guys, I need some folks on my young arts community. Any takers?

How do I remove the flickr pictures after I added them ? I added them just to test the feature but I decided I don't want them displayed.

celebroundup -- there's a page on your flickr acct where you can revoke authentication for third party apps like MyBlogLog. I don't have a clue as to how you surf to it, but this is the direct link: http://www.flickr.com/services/auth/list.gne

swee -- we'll keep you in mind. We don't have any public stats about how large we are, but you can check out an Alexa graph ( http://www.alexaholic.com/mybloglog.com ) that shows we continue to move in the right direction. Also, since I am everyone's first contact (the Tom of MyBlogLog), you can get a pretty good estimate of how many users we have by checking out my personal page ( http://www.mybloglog.com/buzz/members/Eric/ ).

I love the idea of adding "Flickr Love" to MyBlogLog. However, I feel as Kathleen does about private photos being included. Any changes being considered to include only public photos? (sorry for the late comment.)
