I think this is doing the same thing here as well.
There appears to be referenced in
track.mybloglog.com/js/jsserv.php?mblID=2005092200012697
i.e. it might be a simple javascript fix/hack to constrain function c_init(w) and perhaps the reference prior in function c_i_clk() but then again, it does look like coiserv.php could do the heavy lifting of image constraint *shrug*
