Are you worthy?

Yes, the rumors are true. MyBlogLog has been working on an API. The team has been hard at work and now we're ready to have some folks check it out.
We're going to remain an invite-only beta for the time being but if you're a tinkerer and are interested in giving us some feedback, please sign up for the beta and describe your application. When we launch, we'd like to do a bit of a splash and feature the best apps on stage at an upcoming tech event.
Some of the things you can do include:
- get all the websites associated with a particular tag
- get all the members' contacts on MyBlogLog
- lookup by ID on a service such as flickr or twitter and find that user's profile on MyBlogLog- get a member's profile data including sites authored, tags, and identities on other sites

FIRST... So long time I request API since I preview them while London Hackday ;o)
I would like use them for secret feature for my LiFE-Line project firstly. And I have another ideas while I will launch LiFE2Front network.

For now, I would just settle for something that would allow me to show MyBlogLog info on my blog without buggy and overlarge jscript code (and asynchronous, if possible)

Okay! I have access! I wrote my first little bits of code. I used it to get a sense of what other tools my MyBlogLog friends are using and to add some of them to my friends lists on other sites if I had missed them. Perhaps I'll build some fun graphs a little later.
Stop by my blog. Let me know your thoughts.

Are the traffic stats for the bloggers going to be available for use?

Traffic Stats are currently not available via the API but is something we hope to add in the future.

I started to play with your API.
I have tiny problem/submission:
I need to known date while users join a community. I would like report this event into "Last Activities" tab* in theirs LifeLine profiles.
(*) date sorted
member.communities.joined.list give date of community created. If I use it, your reports will never displayed :o((
I think my feature could help new communities with few members...

In fact, so many things to share about your API...
Do you want we use MyBlogLog Suggestion Board to leave feedback about API ?

Hi Olivier,
Yes, please add feature requests for the API to the Suggestion Board so others can see them and vote on them.
